Van driver

  • Permanent, part-time
  • 19 hours per week, includes two runs per day Monday to Friday
  • 8.15am - 10am and 2.15pm - 4.15pm
  • Transport older people to activity groups

About the role

Our Enliven day programmes provide a safe and welcoming space for older people in the community to attend, socialise and participate in activities and share a meal with others. 

As an Enliven driver, you will provide safe and comfortable transport for clients between their homes and our Enliven services. 

There is also the potential for some relieving hours either in our dining room or in our day programme while staff are on leave.

What we need from you

  • Clean and full drivers licence
  • Experience in safely driving larger vehicles and transporting passengers
  • Experience working with older people
  • Strengths in listening and communication
  • A desire to assist older people to live at home with dignity and purpose

* Please note that this role falls under the Public Health Order for mandatory vaccination.
