Caring for the carers

There are two new online options available for people living with dementia. The online Caring for the Carers programme is part of the Dementia Learning Centre, a hub of excellence for dementia education.

Caring for the Carers is a self-directed programme that offers tips, resources and advice around mental and physical wellbeing, rest and relaxation, diet and lifestyle.

Caring for someone with dementia can be a tough journey, but it can also be a time of deep bonding and closer connections. It’s not easy caring for someone with dementia by any means, but we hope the Caring for the Carers programme might help make that journey just a bit easier.
