Incredible Years®

The Incredible Years® programme will help you nurture your tamariki's social, emotional and academic wellbeing. 

In a group setting, you'll learn how to identify and manage potentially problem behaviours more confidently.

Incredible Years® is supported by over 30 years of research and is used worldwide in schools and mental health centres.

Who is it for?

The basic Incredible Years® programme is designed for parents of children aged 3-8 years. We also offer the Incredible Years® Autism programme which is for parents of tamariki with autism aged 2-5 years.

How we help

In the Incredible Years® programme you'll learn how to:

Better understand how your child is developing

Build a healthy relationship with your tamariki

Encourage positive behaviour & address challenging behaviour

Upcoming programmes

This programme has 15 weekly sessions held every Monday in Ashburton/Hakatere.


Venue: Online via Zoom

  • 28 February to 11 April: 10am to 12.15pm
  • 2 May to 13 June: 10am to 12.15pm
