Our mission is for a just, compassionate and inclusive society. We support those who need it most to feel safer, stronger and more positively connected to their families/whānau and to their communities.

Our social services are community-based and located throughout the Upper South Island.

We are here to help

Families
Families

We'll help you to build healthy relationships within your family/whānau. Our Family Works service offers free, professional support, working alongside your whānau when and how you need it.

Young People
Young People

Are you young and on your own? If things aren't working out, Family Works is here to support you and ensure that you access the help you need. We'll help you get ahead and create a brighter future!

Children
Children

Worried about your child/tamariki? We can help them to thrive! Family Works offers a range of caring, free services for tamariki. We'll work with you, your child and their school, to understand and resolve any problems.

Older People
Older People

We'll support you to stay active and build your social network. Our Enliven programmes ensure that older New Zealanders/kaumātua have access to the support they need to be safe, healthy and independent.
